My name is Chihiro. This is my space to meander and to muse, to jot down my kitchen notes.
I’ve been cooking since I could toddle. I allegedly sliced my thumb with a real knife at the age of 2.
I was born in Japan’s oldest capital, Nara, and grew up in New Jersey.
